Sample Submissions
Please contact QCL Customer Service with regard to the type of sample and analysis that is required. A detailed quotation will be issued for your approval once it is determined that we are able to perform the analysis.
All samples must be accompanied by a signed Sample Submission Form (see the form below) indicating sample descriptions, lot numbers, analysis required as well as the billable party and the method of payment.
